Benadryl

I'm pretty concerned, so my buddies finally talked me into doing Benadryl with them 2 weeks ago and I took 22 and they did 24. It was awful and ever since I've been nervous and on edge all the time and my head has felt cloudy and I'm just worried. How can I recover from this, this was an eye opener and I'm never going to fuck around with anything besides pot again. I just want to know if I can ever recover and if so how?
