Long restore?

Hi all,

I switched over to Verizon the other day and bought a new iPhone 7+ to replace the same exact phone. Most of the restore looks to be done, i.e. All the apps have completed installing and the settings are all back from the backup.

My question, it still shows that it is still restoring. How long should I let it go for before tapping on "stop restoring iPhone"
