What was the first episode Quagmire said "giggity" in?

My life has gotten sad to the degree that I was looking at Family Guy scripts from seasons 1-3 to pinpoint the first usages of Quagmire's catchphrases. According to springfieldspringfield.co.uk, it was in "And the Wiener Is," but I also watched Adult Swim's supercut of Quagmire saying "giggity" and I realized he said it in a possibly earlier episode where Peter or Chris walked into Quagmire's house and he was having sex with a blonde woman on the kitchen table. I can't remember what episode that scene was in, just that it was season 2 or 3.
