IWTL what musicians struggle with...

I would like to learn about the things that musicians struggle with. Is it motivation, Practice, Management, business stuff, or other things? There seems to be a lot of talk at the moment about mental health issues in creative industries, but I'm keen to hear about other challenges people face too. Thanks.
