Uplay/Ubisoft club challenges not loading.

For the past 3 days I haven't been able to connect to the Uplay severs I guess? Even prior to this I could never have 4 challenged at once, it could always cut me off at 3. I don't know if this is happening/ happened before but sorry if I'm reposting.
