Rewatching RHONJ and RHOC randomly and annoyed by the hookah footage.

Okay, I'm from Dearborn, MI. AKA one of the most heavily populated Arabic cities in the United States. I've sporadically smoked hookah since 16, 26 now. Most of my parents' neighbors spend their weekend summer nights with the garage door open, smoking in lazy their boys with a flat screen TV. No hate. Actually kind of jealous.

Maybe it's the timing of popularity, but it drives me nuts how bravo tries to make smoking hookah equivalent to smoking weed. I understand the initial "high" you get smoking hookah, but it's just flavored frickin' tobacco in the bars (I've heard marijuana is very harmful to hookahs). I'd like to add that I have nothing against smoking weed, as I do it...I just hate the edit they give when people are smoking hookah. They aren't frickin' high.
