Is there any way to hold ANA flight space for the 36ish hours it takes for MR to transfer?

I've been having a lot of trouble finding award availability on ANA and I just finally found something. Unfortunately, I just realized that it takes around 1-2 days for points to transfer form AMEX over to ANA and I fear by the time that happens the seat will be long gone. Anything I can do?
