Need help in creating a lisp or introduce to one~

So, I've got this very repetitive action that I do every day, which is to isolate multiple layers on a drawing and copying the isolated parts to a box some distance away. And I have to this multiple times to separate the different categories of items. Has anyone used a lisp like it? Or is it possible to create one?
