Bad connectivity across all PSN services. No Netflix??

Hey all,

Not sure if there's a sub just for PSN issues, but I wanted to know if anyone else is having the same issues. For about 2 weeks, while playing on my PS4, I am dropping out of sessions and lobbies seemingly at random, it's taking ages to load a friends list, and Netflix shows/movies will play at first, then stop to buffer and get stuck at 60-75%

Before you suggest, this is not an issue with my internet. My Vita and Playstation apps for iPad are working perfectly fine.

Has this happened to you? What did you do about it?
