What's the cheapest way to do a 1 camera softball stream with graphics?

In the past we used our old Anycast to key the output of an AllSportCG over the video. The output was sent via firewire to a laptop running FMLE. Not pretty, but it worked.

I surplussed the Anycast a few months ago, so that's no longer an option.

I still have the AllSportCG and access to StatCrew XML. What's the easiest way to drop a simple scorebug over a camera and stream that to the web? I'd like to do everything on a laptop if possible.
