Digital carding/Cashout questions?

Hey guys, so I've been lurking this subreddit for a while now and want to start asking my own questions. I have a few questions regarding carding/cashing out digital goods.

1. Is it more difficult to card/cashout digitally than it is with physical items?

2. Are most public methods for digital carding burned?

3. Are private methods even worth buying on AB, Hansa, etc...?

4. What kind of money can you make with a solid digital carding setup?
