Missed opportunity with NPC portraits in chat

I think the fact that NPC's only get default black helmet as there portraits is a missed opportunity to connect more with the game world. having mission givers have faces on the mission board helped a lot with this and seeing the face of the NPC your about to blow up would really make doing so more impactful. whenever i get interdicted i always submit just so i can blow the asshole away the moment i exit supercruise for the simple reason of "how dare you, your screwed now".
