Holygood Fear of Good Sizing

I'm about to place an order for Holygood FOG Half-Zip Sherpa and the Everyday Hoodie, but I can't figure out my size. I'm 6 Feet Tall about 165 and for reference I fit a CWHAT Regular Hoodie Large perfectly fine. A lot of reviews mention how the FOG hoodies usually are too oversized and to size down 1, would I be better off getting a Large or Medium?
