Horrible jaw pain after wisdom removal??

I really hope somebody can help me. So exactly 2 weeks ago, I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. Local numbing, not put to under. I was healing fine, after 2 days, I could open my mouth all the way. But then day 3.

I woke up not being able to open my mouth the with of two stacked fingers. I CAN technically do it, but my God, it is the worst pain. It makes me sick to my stomach. It's only the right side, too. The prescribed Ibuprofen does nothing to help.

I go to sleep with a little bit more room to open, but when I wake up in the morning, back to square one. Is this normal for everyone? I know someone will tell me to go back, but I was hoping for a bit of peace at mind. Plus, I don't have insurance, so I'm paying the extraction off at 200 a month. I can't afford another bill, even worse, one where he tells me nothing is wrong and just sends me on my way.
