Three words to ruin your transaction

You're at pick up, getting a flow going, things are running smoothly, then you get hit with those three words. You're just asking the birthday for one patient, in a perfect world they'll have 1-2 prescriptions, no insurance issues, you'll ring them up smoothly, WRONG. It wouldn't be a pharmacy if something didn't go wrong. "One birthday is" implying there's multiple people they're picking up for.
