Do I have scabies?

Recently I had about 4 red bumps on my scrotum and they were itchy as hell. At first, I thought it was bed bug bites but I'm not sure anymore. I have 1 bump now on my stomach, leg, and underneath the area of my scrotum. The area around my stomach is the only place where it has line marks from my knowledge. Everywhere else is just bumps. (the 4 red bumps on my scrotum started during the 13th, the other 3 started last night) It also seems the the 4 red bumps are slowly getting smaller, but i'm not too sure.

Please help.. I posted earlier but with no reply and I'm not sure if it is just bed bugs or scabies
