picture fuzzy/blurry

so i set up my vive the other day and i notice when i start playing the games get blurry/fuzzy some things r hard to read unless i get really close do i have something set up wrong or do i need to work on how i have it on my head it feels like it should be clearer any help would be awesome thank u
