Crazy Idea: Make McCree's Ultimate meter a clock so it counts the hours to high noon.

When the bar reaches 12, McCree's Ult is ready. The bar already goes counter-clockwise so it goes together with that, just a texture change (hopefully, who knows what the Overwatch developers have to deal with).
