Where are my crates?

So, I currently have 1 Premium Crate waiting to be opened. It's my understanding that the rest of the crates I was supposed to receive from buying the Gold Edition are bugged, correct?

And where can I find the Scavenger Crates I received from playing the Story mode? I've got a number of notifications that I've picked them up, but I can't for the life of me find where I can open them...
