Clutch-free motorcycles for disabled rider

Hi all,

I'm a single leg below-knee amputee with an associated problem with my right hand, meaning I can't ride a motorcycle without modifying the controls. This is pretty easy to do as long as the bike doesn't have a clutch. I am planning to use the bike for a big cross-country road trip in Mexico and the US, so the bike would need to have the power to deal with long stretches of highway riding.

Does anybody have suggestions for affordable ($2,500 maximum) semi-automatic or CVT motorbikes that fit this description?

So far I've come across the 1970s Hondamatics but they seem like they might be a little underpowered. Any suggestions would be awesome and greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
