[Request] Change posting rules to prevent people from asking "My vita updated to 3.63, but I still have henkaku?"

If you've been on this Reddit for a while you've probably seen a post that says something along those lines. Maybe they're freaking out because they thought their vita updated when it didn't, or maybe they think they found a new exploit on accident. If you don't know what I'm talking about, henkaku changes the firmware name on your settings to 3.63, even though the vita will still be on 3.60. Because of this, many people post something along the lines of what I already said. It's getting annoying to have to continually tell these people what is actually happening, and due to the current rules, there is currently no easy place for them to refer to. I request that the mods add a post or change the info tab to include this information and to make a rule preventing this question from being asked.
