Accurate game pricing?

I am about to start my journey on collecting a few my childhood games so my daughter can experience them. My question is if [this] (https://www.pricecharting.com/console/nintendo-64) is a good site to compare pricing?

eBay seems to be everywhere and I have a few local retro game sellers and would like to go into it having a better understanding of pricing.

Thanks in advance and I am glad I found this Reddit.
