Regional Exclusive prediction

I have a theory on how regional exclusive Pokémon will work. I believe that there will still one regional exclusive Pokémon per region, not per generation. Correct me if I'm wrong, but South America doesn't have a gen 1 regional exclusive. Looks like their regional exclusive will be heracross. Not sure about Africa. NA will still be Tauros and Europe still be Mr. Mime. I could be wrong, but that is my theory.
