What cards are going to be included in the Hall of Fame Collection?

I am new to hearthstone, just started playing this expansion and I was wondering what cards are being added into the Hall of Fame Collection. Is it only the 3 they mentioned, Azure, sylv, and rag? Or can we also disenchant the cards in the adventures being rotated out for max value as well?
