Molle web outer vest?

I'm looking for a molle web outer vest that will hold Safariland brand soft armor.... also it needs to be size small. (Baby Gap is all out). I know there are a lot of brands and types but the usually all run from size M-XXL. If anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate it!
