Is my life over at 30?

New on here, figured I'd see what other people's opinions are. I've had an extremely hard few years and I need some advice, I'll try and make a long story short.

A few years ago I was in love, built my girlfriend a house, invested in property, got a dog and was the happiest I've ever been. Tore my knee snowboarding, she left while I was in crutches. Learned to walk again and my dog got sick and died in my arms (he had bad seizures months leading up). Medical bills vet bills hard times and i was very lonely.

My friend set me up with his sister on a blind date. She was beautiful and we started dating, I was hesitant because of where my heart was due to my last relationship but I gave her a chance. I felt like my second chance at love was a reality.

When things were going good my dad got sent to prison for a crime he didn't commit. It took a horrible toll on my mother who got diabetes from the stress on her body (she's always been very healthy) then she got cancer. Being a very strong woman my mom recovered but the diabetes is hard on her. Stress from all of this made me turn bitter and at times I had a hard time controlling my emotions (I grew up with ADHD) and wasn't considerate of my gf's feelings and needs. Through emotional outbursts, heavy drinking and self loathing I drove my gf away. I stopped drinking, quit other habits and got my life together. I wanted to give her space and work on myself so I could be a better person. I never wanted to loose her. I found out she was dating someone else and I started up all my bad habits again. I started feeling the world suffocating me and lost all happiness I had left. It's been a year and I still feel regret that ive ended my chances at having a family of my own. Ultimately I've lost everything.

I'm now 30 and despite being good looking I'm emotionally traumatized and introverted now. I've been told I have ptsd but I'm trying to work it out on my own. I'm still struggling to find a direction in my life. I work hard and help my mom and family but starting to withdraw from the world using alcohol. Just seeing if anyone has gone through a lot and managed to make it out ok.
