How did alcohol prices (sold illegally) increase during prohibition?

I've only been able to find one list of prices from a speakeasy menu, and was wondering how much prices went up due to inflation and on how much organized crime throughout the country was charging for it.

These sort of things fascinate me and any help is appreciated!
