Do the titles of comedy bits need to be italicized and capital sensitive to the appropriate words?

I write small paragraph humorous bits that have a punchline at the end. Eventually the bits will collected and used in a comedy book that will be published. I use word 7. Any suggestions on how to make it look good and proper? Thanks!
