Made a hot drink with honey mixed with boiling water.

I made a drink where the directions stated to mix honey into a pot of boiling water, and I just read that you shouldn't do that because it's toxic to the digestive system. I'm incredibly worried and panicking about that right now and I don't know if its a big issue or not, so I came here to ask for guidance.
