I (female teen) am terrified because I haven't had my period in 45 days.

I started tracking my period during my last cycle (right around Christmas). I have faithfully tracked my cycle, my mood, my exercise (or rather, lack of it), my cravings, my productivity, etc.

I am a virgin. I have had sex, seen a dick, or engaged in sexual acts with anyone. On the other hand, I masturbate often and when I want. And yes, although public sex education in my area is dismal, I know there is no way I am pregnant.

And still. I know a 52 day cycle is way two long. I haven't been overly stressed recently (I have been more stressed before in life, and I don't think I missed my period before, but I've never tracked it before so I'm not sure. I think I would notice if my cycle lasted 52 days). Judging from my own personal estimations, I have been fairly regular for at least 3 years at this point.

I'm mostly just worried I'm pregnant even though I know it's not possible. The social shame and setback on my goals would be a lot to take.

I just ask for one thing: someone please tell me I'm going to be okay. Preferably with a logical explanation.

Thank you.
