Microphone and Phone speaker have stopped working

Hey everyone. I've had my google Pixel since mid December now, and rarely had issues with it, but starting today the microphone completely stopped working. I had tried to make a phone call, and was waiting some time for the dial tone, when I realized it had connected for nearly 15 seconds already. I turned on speaker phone, and could hear the person on the other line, but they could not hear me. I turned speaker phone off and then couldn't hear them.

I thought maybe it was a bug from going a while without turning my phone off, so I restarted it... SAME problem.

Then I went to clear my cache. Accidentally called my voicemail, and it started working again and I made two phone calls.

A few hours later, neither are working again! I tried restarting the phone, clearing the cache, I even did a factory reset, and none of them worked!

I bought the phone directly from Google and use it on At&T. What do I do?
