Quick question about my equipment

Hi, I see that a lot of people have that wheel of elements artifact. Should I get that for myself as a trickster rogue? I saw it real cheap in AH. Right now I have lostmauths, simril, trickster sigil and brueners helm. I like all these I got, but if I were to get the wheel of elements, which one should I replace?

I have dusk mask and boots. Drowcraft gloves and vest. Is it worth getting the dragon flight set? If so, which set should I replace? Thanks
