[Request][Possibly paid] Make my logo into a bigger, higher quality file.

Hello!

I made this logo on an app years ago and this is the only file I have left of it (http://imgur.com/a/a5KZA). I was wondering if it's possible to either blow this up or to recreate it much bigger and higher quality. Perhaps to use more professionally! If it requires extra work, I will chip in some cash via PayPal. Thanks!
