OnePlus 3 died for the first time since update, now a brick.

Title pretty much says it all, Work went much longer than expected and I ran out of power. Pretty standard, but now absolutely nothing has happened on plugging my phone back in. If there's no fix, what are my next steps? I've yet to see if it's discoverable by fastboot, I doubt it would be, or if that would even help. Am I able to talk to OnePlus about this?
