Incorrect score after Multiplayer Franchise game.

Myself and 3 friends are playing a Multiplayer Franchise. Last night, my buddy played his game (Steelers v Giants), and he won 28 to 3.

However, the game assigned the Giants with a 36 to 33 win. Is there a way to fix this? It made him 11-1 rather than the 12-0 he should be.
