anyone know what this is?

Today I woke up and found this red splotch on my arm,its not itchy http://m.imgur.com/SxBx5dc

And I started to panic about it really bad,and while in the midst of panicking,I saw another one on my body on the same arm http://m.imgur.com/VWjHkIn (that brown spot near my vein is a hematoma from a blood draw,its going away tho) And since then,the red blotchiness near my arm has gone away,but the inital one I found is still there. I'm just really scared right now.
