Does anyone else treat their plants like their babies?

A huge number of people here talk about their pets like they're their babies and I have two dogs that I love as well. But my plants are my babies. Like, I spend a ridiculous amount of time tending to them, talking to them, photographing them. Every single space on top of my kitchen cabinets is filled with plants and almost every flat surface in the house has a pot on it. If you think people give you weird looks when you refer to your pets are your "kids", try talking about your plants like they're your children...
