Just lost my virginity

I feel dirty it's been eating me alive like everything that's been implanted in my head about sex being haram is reallly starting to fuck with my mind. I feel worthless. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm probably over exaggerating but it feels serious to me and I'm terrified of my parents finding out.
