Applied for full time, got offered temp to full. Advice?
I have been unemployed for 2 months and Just interviewed with a company I really like. I applied for a full time job and through the first 2 interviews everything was going well. The final interview with the VP he asked if I would take a temp job. I said I applied for full time so I'd take that but am open for temp (I did not want to seem uninterested).
I got a call today from the hiring managers, not HR, for a temp to full time job. I'm a little taken aback as they switched the offer mid way through the interview. I'm skeptical of temp to perm as they bait and switched me, idk if they will keep their promise. I do like the company but my gut is telling me it's a little bit fishy. Any thoughts?
TL:DR company bait and switched me from offering full time to temp to full
