Mistweaver Trinkets HELP

I am getting pretty confused about what trinkets I should use, but this morning I just got legend trinket so finally one is locked in.

But for the other slot I have a variety to choose from and I would love to know what everyone thinks i should use for 1. M+ 2. Raiding

Options are as follows,

865 - Fluctuating Energy

880 - Vial of nightmare fog

875 - Ethereal Urn Socket (or 880 Urn no socket)

885 - Amalgam's Seventh Spine

890 - Ephemeral Paradox

I'm trying to get a map or cake but no luck yet.

For raiding im using Fluctuation energy atm but I havent tested with Paradox much as I just got it, seems like the proc rate is just too shit to justify it. Fluctuating energy procs all the time and i dont have an issue picking them up as a monk
