Controller on PC Crouch/Melee Bug

Hey guys,

Since the latest update, I've been having an issue where the control scheme for Microsoft XB1 controller (plugged into PC) would have BOTH the default and alternate scheme activated at the same time. This means I would melee when I try to crouch (cancelling any reloading) and it's almost impossible for me to go prone. This also means that when I'm in a tank, accelerating would also fire the weapon (also making the tank useless). I have no idea how or why this happens but I haven't had this issue before the patch.

This is making the game unplayable and I've tried repairing the game files to no avail. Anyone else know of the issue or are having the same issue or know the solution?
