Psoriasis up my nose. How? Why?

Have had psoriasis and PSA for years. Have managed with biologics, mtx, diet, and physical therapy. Have derm and rheum that I like and see somewhat regularly. Psoriasis was always on scalp and in my ears and is currently all clear.

BUT NOW I HAVE PSORIASIS UP MY NOSE! It is so uncomfortable. Does anyone else have this? Any home management suggestions? Can't put steroid cream up in my nose. Have been using Vaseline but it's obviously not healing it.
