Sync db on thumbdrive and dropbox

Can anyone tell me if this is possible to do? I'm currently using Keepass on my pc and android syncing via dropbox and would like to integrate a portable version into the equation but can't figure it out.

I'm a bit of a noob with Keepass so any assistance would be appreciated.
