Pulling right on the putt

Im RH. Ive always push putted from nerves of missing basket and having a long comebacker. But I've wanted to swap to spin for a while and I've finally started a spin putting routine that would work for me. Except, every 3rd or 4th putt I would pull right. And then in would practice "game time mode" where I go through a full rotation like I was in a round getting ready to putt. And it turned to 80% pulling right. And it simply was not coming out of the hands right.

After some experimenting I think I narrowed down the cause. Many forum posts I've read said footing, over reach, timing of body shift, etc. But I think the solution I found was that I was trying to spin the disc to much. So, I guess maybe a timing issue. But after slowing down my putts within 20ish ft, everything started to fly a lot better. By slowing down the arm speed and the effort of the wrist popping motion, everything felt much better and my release point was pretty spot on. Probably chaining 8-9/10. Has anyone else come across this plateau with similar issues and outcome? Or any other advice to keep my release consistent?
