Roommate is intimidating

my roommate brings in girls as friends and watches movies with them and plays video games with them and haves fun. I feel so sad and self shaming that I cant even do that. i cant hang with girls like he does even if they are just friends.I suck, I'M only good at YouTube, memes and stuff on my PC. class size is under 400 and I have crippling depression.
