[Advice] Small size dive watch

Hi reddit, i'm looking for a watch with these specifications :

• Budget 500USD

• 200m water resistance or more

• No Bezel

• Mechanical movement with DATE (prefer hacking and handwinding, NH35 or miyota 9015)

• 37-39mm diameter (Important)

• Saphire crystal

• Good Lume

I dont really care if the watch is microbrand or not. I just want to find a suitable watch for my vacation since i've lost it. I hope that i can wear this watch with dressy suit. I don't care if the watch is homage or not as long as it meets my expectation.
