CSV to SQL DB table tool

For my colleague's request, I made a simple tool.

1. Reads all CSV files.
2. Puts every row in CSV files to DB table record with the same name.

As he is a game designer, I think this tool may be help to other game designer who use many CSV files and DB query typings.
