I'm scared of posting

So a couple months ago I realized that my entire life I've kinda maybe sorta desperately wanted to be a girl, and I really want to talk about it, but I'm honestly really afraid of posting/commenting anything for fear of rejection. I usually post it and delete it less than 30 seconds later. How do I get over this? I feel like I care way too much what other people think.
