Should I be concerned at all of having contracted HIV?

I had unprotected sex despite how many times I told myself I would never do it again.

He told me he was clean, and he was the first encounter I had since testing negative a month ago.

After sex, he saw that I looked regretful, so the next morning he went to Out of The Closet to get tested. He tested negative (the give results back in like 20 mins) and sent me a picture of the date and ID Card that said negative to reassure me.

Now I know he could simply not have devolped the antibodies to it yet if he contracted it from someone else recently. But he told me that he hadnt been with anyone for a good nine months.

Does this mean that I can safely assume that I am negative and can stop worrying?

I also plan on getting tested soon but I just want to know if I can stop stressing out about this.
