At what point do we begin to suspect that Trump himself is actually orchestrating the leaks?

I mean the dude knows how to put on a show. Also, it would be precisely the type of tactic Hitler would use. I mean is he just setting us up for some epic third act? President overcomes battle with shadow government? I find it super weird he built hotels in DC ... seems like only a matter of time before he "retreats" to these to escape the "spies". Is it all contrived?
